Prevention, Detection and Support: A Lake County Initiative for Latino-Focused Interventions

Lake County Health Services, Public Health Division would like to invite you to review and respond to this Request for Proposals (RFP), entitled: LCHS 20 001 Prevention, Detection and Support: A Lake County COVID-19 Initiative for Latino-Focused Interventions. 

Lake County Public Health is soliciting RFPs from individuals and/or organization(s) who can work within the Latino communities to build trust, learn about pressing issues, prevent new COVID-19 infections within the Latino community, and reduce COVID-19 transmission in the County. This work is part of the Public Health Division’s emergency response to the coronavirus pandemic. Campaign work will occur from January 4, 2021 through November 4, 2022.

Lake County Public Health is soliciting RFPs from individuals and/or organization(s) who can work with Native American communities to build trust, learn about pressing issues, educate, and assist with resource coordination in an effort to reduce transmission in the County. This work is part of the Public Health Division’s emergency response to the coronavirus pandemic. Campaign work will occur from January 4, 2021 through November 4, 2022.
