Diagnosis and Treatment
- Diagnostic medical evaluations for children with strong suspicion of a CCS-eligible medical condition. There is no financial eligibility limitation for diagnostic services and can be accessed by families with incomes higher than $40,000 per year.
- Medical treatment services including medical and surgical care and medications to treat the CCS-eligible condition(s); physical, occupational and speech therapies; laboratory tests; x-rays; durable medical equipment, bracing, etc.; other medically necessary equipment and services.
- Medical case management is provided by the CCS program to help arrange medically necessary care and assist with referrals to other agencies.
